The English clear honey, as all of the honey is cold extracted, cold filtered & unblended to protect the natural proteins & enzymes in this super food.

This summer honey is produced from shires of rural England during the time when the honey flow is at its peak & the bees are busiest. The hives has its highest population now & is really buzzing, this ensures the bees are in the best possible condition to produce this premium pure English honey from their harvest of nectar.

This honey is sweeter & has a slightly more robust flavour. Great for drinks or sweetening your breakfast or wonderful spread on a fresh bread roll.

Please note that this honey can vary in texture where it can be said not to be either clear or set, just one more of its unique properties.
