The organic clear wildflower honey, as all of the honey is cold extracted, cold filtered and unblended to protect the natural proteins & enzymes in this premium honey.

The hives are carefully sited in organically certified `wildflower` meadows during the spring & summer months. This is to ensure that the bees are in the best positions to gather their organic harvest of pollen & nectar to produce the perfect natural honey.

Please note that this honey can vary in texture where it can be said not to be either clear or set, just one more of its unique properties.
