Aronia – Also called the chokeberry, the aronia berry is often found in swamps & wet woods. The Berry Company’s are grown on pretty shrubs native to North America. They are deliciously tart & juicy.
Cranberry – Bright & crisp, cranberries have lovely shiny skin & carry subtle sour flavour notes. It has been sweetened to reduce natural tartness.
Hibiscus – Had added a pinch of hibiscus. This group of flowering plants is native to the subtropical regions of the world. The extracts are crimson in colour & add a little functionality to this delicious blend.
Pomegranate – Pomegranate seeds are a little sour & similar to ripe cherries. The fruit has a thick, leathery coating which protects the pulp & seeds inside.
