It makes a wonderful start to the day when sprinkled on cereal & oatmeal or when blended into fruit smoothies & cappuccino. Organic Turbinado is made by crushing the freshly-cut sugar cane to squeeze out the juice rich in vitamins & minerals. The cane juice is evaporated & spun in a turbine to produce the large sparkling golden crystals.
